SHYVANA has arrived!

Above is the Shyvana champion spotlight and below you can watch the patch preview which highlights important changes that occurred in the patch that also released this half-dragon champion!
Abilities:
  • Twin Bite
    • Shyvana strikes twice on her next attack. Both attacks trigger On-Hit effects and Fury of the Dragonborn effects.
    • Dragon Form: Twin Bite cleaves all units in front of Shyvana.
  • Burnout
    • Shyvana deals magic damage per second to nearby enemies and her Movement Speed is greatly increased for 3 seconds. Shyvana's Movement Speed bonus is reduced over time.
    • Dragon Form: Burnout scorches the earth, continuing to damage enemies that stand on it.
  • Flame Breath
    • Shyvana unleashes a fireball that deals magic damage and melts the target's Armor for 4 seconds.
    • Dragon Form: Flame Breath engulfs all units in a cone in front of Shyvana.
  • Dragon's Descent (Ultimate)
    • Active: Shyvana transforms into a dragon and takes flight to a target location. Enemies along her path take magic damage and are knocked toward her target location.
    • Passive: Shyvana reinforces her scales, increasing her Armor and Magic Resist. Defensive bonuses are doubled in Dragon Form.
  • Fury of the Dragonborn (Passive)
    • Shyvana's melee attacks enhance her abilities.
      • Twin Bite - Reduces the cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
      • Burnout - Extends the duration by 1 second to a maximum of 6 seconds.
      • Flame Breath - Deals 20% of the ability's damage to debuffed targets.
      • Dragon's Descent - Attacks generate 2 Fury* and Shyvana passively gains Fury* over time while in human form.

RIVEN HAS ARRIVED

Riven's Abilities:
  • Broken Wings: Riven steps forward and lashes out in a series of powerful sword slashes. This ability can be reactivated up to 3 times in a short period.
    --1st Use/2nd Use: Deals damage to a small area in front of her.
    --3rd Use: Jumps into the air and slams downward, causing a larger impact nova that deals damage and knocks nearby enemies back.
  • Ki Shout: Riven damages and stuns nearby enemies.
  • Valor: Riven dashes forward and gains a shield for a short duration.
  • Blade of the Exile (Ultimate): Riven’s sword reforms, giving her a percentage multiplier on her total attack damage, extended range on her damaging abilities and basic attacks and the ability to use Wind Slash once.
    --Wind Slash: While Blade of the Exile is active, Riven can reactivate the ability to emit a large shockwave that deals damage to all units hit based on their missing life.
  • Runic Blade (Passive): Riven's abilities charge her blade, causing her to do bonus damage on her next autoattack. Riven can store up to 3 charges, but only expends one at a time.

TALON HAS ARRIVED

CHAMPION SPOTLIGHT

Talon, the Blade's Shadow, is a physical damage assassin who specializes in high-mobility, high-risk, high-reward gameplay. As a result, what Talon lacks in durability and sustain, he dishes out in mobility and power.

The driving force behind Talon's gameplay is the way that he engages and disengages from combat using his four abilities:

  • Cutthroat: An ability that allows Talon to catch his enemies by surprise. Talon leaps behind his target and silences them for a short duration, amplifying the damage of any of his follow up attacks and abilities.
  • Noxian Diplomacy: Talon viciously stabs his enemy, dealing heavy physical damage and causing them to leave a blood trail that Talon can use to track them.
  • Rake: Talon fans out three blades in front of him that quickly return to him, dealing damage and slowing any target hit in either direction.
  • Shadow Assault (Ultimate): Talon enters stealth for a short duration, gaining a movement speed boost and sending blades that deal damage to all enemies in their path flying in every direction. Once the blades reach a certain distance, they pause and form a circle. When Talon reappears from stealth, the blades return to him, once again dealing damage to any opponent they pass through.
  • Mercy (Passive): Talon's auto-attacks deal additional damage to a target that is under the influence of any crowd control effect.
